Using Forester to turn Foundations of CS into interactive evergreen lectures

I've heard good feedback from my undergrad students about how Jon Sterling publishes his 1A Discrete Maths lectures in a structured online form using his own Forester tool. As my sabbatical comes to an end, I've started prepping my own Foundations of CS course for resuming lecturing in October.
