- The creator is fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information published on their profile and services
- It is prohibited to offer illegal, fraudulent, defamatory services, or services that violate third-party rights
- Service prices are set exclusively by the creator — Buobe does not interfere, validate, or guarantee values
- Buobe is not a party to any commercial transaction between creators and clients, acting exclusively as a connection platform
- Commercial disputes between creators and clients must be resolved directly between the parties involved
- Buobe reserves the right to remove profiles, services, or content that violate these Terms or applicable law
- Creators may not use the platform for spam, harassment, or any form of repetitive unsolicited communication
- Buobe may suspend or deactivate creator accounts that receive substantiated reports of improper conduct
The use of the Creators module implies full acceptance of these specific terms, in addition to the general Terms of Use of the platform.
