Sorrow and struggle in the Amazon: Tuíre Kayapó, the Indigenous woman who postponed the end of the world, dies

Tuíre Kayapó, one of the most important Indigenous leaders in Brazil, died on Saturday (10) at a hospital in the town of Redenção, in the state of Pará. She was 57 and battled uterine cancer.
