See it: Radar-confirmed tornado touches down near major Texas city as state battles relentless flash flooding

SAN ANTONIO — Dramatic video near Interstate 10 in San Antonio appears to show a tornado in the distance as traffic streamed along during the Wednesday morning rush. The National Weather Service (NWS) office in San Antonio said there was a radar-confirmed tornado in the area at the time.
