- Creators can edit, publish, or remove their profile and services at any time
- Service requests received contain the requester's data (name, email, message) and are visible only to the recipient creator
- Buobe does not process payments between creators and clients — the platform acts exclusively as a connection intermediary
- Notification emails about new requests are sent only when the creator has email alerts enabled
- No financial data (credit card, bank account) is collected or stored by the platform for the creators marketplace
