The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued preliminary antidumping duties on hardwood plywood imports from China, Indonesia and Vietnam, a move praised by the Coalition for Fair Trade in Hardwood Plywood and leaders across the domestic hardwood and decorative plywood industry.
