While I was in Lạng Sơn, I explored the sites of one of the most audacious operations in the Indo-China War – Operation HIRONDELLE. The French Indo-China War is often remembered for the French operations that went horribly wrong (Cao Bằng Ridge, Điện Biên Phủ, GM 100 etc).
