Ontario Teachers’ acquiring Australian agriculture asset, BCI and OMERS investing in $139 million funding round for defence firm

The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan is taking full ownership of Australia-based Mitolo Family Farms by acquiring the remaining equity interest in the asset. The deal is expected to strengthen the investment organization’s Australian agricultural platform, according to a press release.
