I wondered about sharing this so soon after New Year’s Day, but then I thought this could be eaten at any time of the year. So, here it is.Here in the States, Hoppin' John is traditionally eaten on New Year's Day (if you have leftovers the day after, it’s called Skippin’ Jenny).
