Information here (from discogs):Chilean band based on brothers Patricio, Sergio and Fernando González Morales, who in 1964 founded some folk-pop bands as "Los Stereos", "Shadows" and "Los Masters". When Pancho Sazo joined them in 1969, the band finally called themselves "Congreso".
