HAWAII – Severe weather conditions continue to brew in the Pacific Ocean as forecasters predict Invest 93L could become a tropical depression by Wednesday.The westernmost disturbance, Invest 93C, has a high chance of development as it targets the Hawaiian Islands later in the week.
