HLPartnership (HLP) has proposed leadership transition with Chris Tanner confirming his intention to step back from day-to-day executive leadership. Under Tanner's leadership, HLP now supports nearly 600 member firms and 1,200 advisers, with annual lending volumes nearing £14 billion.
