Charles Street Finance has appointed Amjad Ibn-Abdul as a business development manager in the Midlands and South West. A former adviser with mainstream banks including HSBC, Lloyds and RBS, Ibn-Abdul joins from London-based lender Lakeshield, where he was a business development manager.
