Building an Animated Testimonial Hero Using the GSAP Timeline and Dynamic CMS Data

I wanted this section to feel hand-crafted, with a layout that has its own character, even though every part of it is driven by Webflow CMS data. It combines a slot-machine style counter, a manually arranged collage of member portraits, and a looping animation that continuously introduces new faces.
