Benihana Signature is now open at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai, bringing the chain’s live teppanyaki grills, a dedicated sushi bar and a mixed-drinks list to the hotel’s dining floor. The brand dates to 1964, when Rocky Aoki opened the first Benihana in New York.
