0011571: Need to check whether we need a dedicated button to cancel the last withdrawal for the Eurozone

All webshops need to fulfill the European law (when they sell to Europeans), that within the eligible time (usually 14 days from the arrival of the bought item) there must be a "cancel" button which starts a procedure with a "confirm cancellation" button.
